We moved into our new house a week ago today.
We love it! Although we are in the middle of a mess... unloading boxes and getting things in the places we want them, it is the best week I have had in a long time! I will tell you, Golf Man and I were at each other's throats by the last couple of weeks. We almost agreed to just not speak to each other until it was done. It was stressful. However, it got done and move in day came. We had lots of help with the painting, tile laying, and moving. Thanks to my family!
It's hard to believe that we broke ground on August 7th and moved in on November 1st! Less than 3 months! Our builder is the bomb! Not to mention the father of two of my best friends! We love him! My new HUGE kitchen has made me want to cook! Imagine that!
Tater Bug has enjoyed mommy's new sense of domestication! 
Oh, how I love it! We have 11 acres to enjoy! The kiddos are gonna have a blast this spring. We still have loads of work to do, but we are in and we are happy! And we didn't kill each other!

So happy you and Golf Man made it through the building process (told you it wasn't always pleasant, BUT so worth the end result!) and are enjoying your home together!
